X!TandemPipeline supports now more identification engines. It suports now :

Identification engines specific scores, such as Mascot scores, peptide prophet probalities, MS-GF raw score, OMSSA E-value, Comet XCorr… are displayed (if needed).
The “pepxml” file format is supported now, so X!TandemPipeline can load results from the TPP and :
- X!Tandem .xml files
- Mascot .dat files
- MzIdentML files
- and now pepxml files
